Our Beers are brewed by hand in small batches
We use the finest quality Maris Otter Pale Malt in all of our beers. Our beers are fermented using freshly harvested, top fermenting, wet yeast in traditional open topped fermenters.
We use vegan finings in all of our cask beers.
Our brewery is powered and run by 100% renewable energy from the large array of PV panels on our roof.

Core Beers
These beers are brewed regularly all year round and are usually readily available in cask.
Sheriff Fatman - American Amber
ABV: 5.0%
MALT: MARIS OTTER, CARAMALT
HOPS: CHINOOK, COMET, COLUMBUS, AMARILLO
Our all American hopped, amber ale. Chinook, Comet, Columbus and Amarillo hops have been added in abundance to give this beer a wonderful fresh citrus taste. Fruit Bats love it.

Leveret - Multi-Award Winning 4 Hop IPA
ABV: 4.6%
MALT: MARIS OTTER, CRYSTAL, CARAMALT
HOPS: CHINOOK, COLUMBUS, COMET, MOSAIC
Leveret was first brewed back in 2015 in collaboration with The Hare pub in Bedminster (the pub has now gone but the beer is still going strong). This beer delivers tropical fruity notes perfectly balanced with a malty biscuity finish. Recently described as un-faultable!

Fallen Tree - Amber Session Ale
ABV: 3.8%
MALT: MARIS OTTER, CRYSTAL
HOPS: MAGNUM, PERLE
A modern style amber session ale. Brewed with maris otter and crystal malt together with continental hops. Smooth tasting with toffee notes and lemon/orange on the nose. Very popular ale. We brew it all the time to stop it selling out.

Spun Gold - Golden Ale
ABV: 4.5%
MALT: MARIS OTTER
HOPS: MAGNUM, PERLE, WILLAMETTE
A beautiful golden ale brewed with just one single malt (maris otter) and late hopped with Perle and Willamette. Another fantastic smooth tasting beer.

Old Barn - Ruby Ale
ABV: 4.5 %
MALT: MARIS OTTER, CRYSTAL, AMBER, BLACK
HOPS: MAGNUM, FUGGLES, BRAMLING CROSS
A classic traditional ruby coloured ale made with 3 different malts. Fuggles and Bramling Cross hops have been generously added to provide a distinctive fruit and spice flavour.

Funk IPA - Citra Hopped and Mango IPA
ABV: 4.7%
MALT: Maris Otter
Hops: Citra + Mango Fruit Puree
Brewed to celebrate 10 years of brewing and our 1000th brew this is Citra fuelled hazy mango IPA was well worth the wait. Each firkin of Funk IPA contains approximately 1 Kilo of pure Mango puree.

Slippery Slope - Porter

MALT: MARIS OTTER, DARK CRYSTAL, CHOCOLATE, CARAMALT, AMBER
HOPS: FUGGLES
This is our classic rich porter crafted with 5 different malts and hopped with bags of Fuggles. With a gorgeous chocolatey finish this porter is the perfect ale for when the nights draw in.

Ghost Town - Milk Stout
ABV: 5.7%
MALT: MARIS OTTER, DARK CRYSTAL, CHOCOLATE, MUNICH, ROASTED BARLEY, OAT
HOPS: FUGGLES, SOVEREIGN
A smooth and robust Milk Stout with hints of dark chocolate, toast and coffee. Ghost Town is crafted with the finest Madagascan vanilla pods. Contains Lactose. Suitable for vegetarians.

Code Red - Red IPA

An addictive ruby red IPA brewed with UK Jester hops, giving a punchy aroma of new world proportions.

Ultra - American Pale Ale

Solstice - Best Bitter

A rich, dark bitter with a lovely malty finish. Brewed with English hops and English malt this is a truly superb best bitter.

Wild Wood - Amber Session Ale
